Grand mumtaz is not a star hotel at all they destroyed our stay we was so happy while we made the reservation but after checked in in dirty room 😔 we was so disappointed 😞 after that they give us very small room with blood spot all over the bed no housekeeping available after 6pm . reception was so rude as well FOM .we never suggested any one to stay at grand mumtaz Gulmarg.no value of money.

Stay is good. Service is the best with the politeness of the staff especially Mr. Tiger. He is very kind towards the kids as well. Must stay during the snow. Gondola ride is also near by. Food is also nice, especially the chicken and mutton biryani. Must try the kashmiri khirni.
